Have been visiting this place from past 11 years. But recently this place is overtaken by the new management. The new staff is extremely RUDE !!! Specially the manager Pankaj. The food has gone worst. Not worth eating. The staff is just concerned about money. Totally no service at all. Everyone is very arrogant. When you tell them about their service or give them a review, they just say its upto you if you want to come or not. All in all i am totally disheartened. We have been visiting here from past 11 years and now the new management has made it firm never to visit again.

Amazing property! Amazing staff & hospitality. If you want to relax and enjoy peacefully, this is the perfect place to stay. The staff, manager and the owners themselves are very friendly and helpful. With ticket bookings to food to local sightseeing or anything, they will help you with everything. Really enjoyed my stay there. Would recommend anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful hill view from there room with warm hospitality!

Location is very good, no doubt. Property is beautiful. Rooms are trashy, there are spiders, insects, dust, leaves. The service is worst, the staff that is doing the cleaning, is also serving breakfast. Either they are short staffed, or its just plain gross to be here. Rooms are also very dicy and gloomy, however overall layout is good. I'll not recommend it to a family or someone who likes clean fresh rooms

I was there at the property on 30th Aug till 01st Sep 2019 with two of my friends. This was one of my great experience. If you are looking for peace of mind with awesome weather and nature at its best, then one should surely visit this place. The food was so delicious, you ask for it and they deliver it to you and more over the entire staff at the resort was so friendly and polite that we didn’t felt that we are not at home. Great going guys keep up the great work and please maintain the level of this great work. Surely gonna recommend my friends and family to visit your resort. One more thing this place would be great for a destination wedding. Cheers....👍🏻

We reach shoghi at midnight, got arranged a pick up and check in without any hassel. Booked Regal deluxe room.., pretty spacious and decent however would be even better if the basic amenities like water boiler were made available. Anyways for breakfast they have variety of option which was good. Got arrange a car for tour of the day. It was decent too. Friendly and cooperative driver. The resort is not far from the main shoghi town however you need private taxi to reach the destination. The place have good place to play around and do some activities. Staff are decent and kinda cooperative too. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You can wake up listening to those chirping of the birds. The perfect place to spend a weekend gazing upon the nature. Over all it was a great stay.

Really pleasant place, and the staff was really too cooperable with us . The food provided could have been better but overall this place justifies the price range in which it is being offered. They have cottages for 2 sharing and 3 sharing. The only challenge you will face is getting to this place as the road to this cottage is pretty tricky to climb.
